Insurance
Policies
We accept most major medical insurance plans and worker’s compensation plans. Please check your insurance plan for our participation in an individual plan or call our office for more information.
Referrals must be at our facility by the time of your appointment.
Copayments are due at the time of your visit. We take checks, credit cards and cash.
MRIs:
Most insurance companies with the exception of medicare require an authorization. Depending on your insurance this can take up to 7 days. You will be notified by the imaging center when this process is complete and you can schedule your appointment.
